Admissions Guidelines
Physical Science Specialization: Certification in physical science/ general science with a strong background and interest in physics/chemistry, and relevant teaching experience.
Biological Science Specialization: Certification in biological science/general science with a strong background and interest in biology, and relevant teaching experience.
Science Specialization: Certification in general science with a strong background in one of the sciences.
Catalogues and applications for admission may be obtained from the Office of Graduate and Professional Admissions, 732-932-7711.
Applications are due February 1st for fall admissions and November 1st for spring admissions.
Admission requirements include:
- Graduate Record Examination.
- Graduate and undergraduate transcripts.
- 3 letters of recommendation.
- A personal statement.
Please refer to the GSE catalogue for details about admissions, financial aid and tuition. A meeting/phone conference with one of the faculty is strongly recommended.
