	Can I get certified at Rutgers without going through the masters/certification program?

	I am a certified in Elementary (or Secondary Education) and want to be certified in Special Education. How can I do this?
	I earned a bachelor's degree and majored in liberal arts area (e.g. biology) as an undergraduate. Can I be certified in special education as part of the master’s degree in special education?
	I see that Child Development and Ed Psych are required in the program. But I took these as part of my bachelor's degree. Do I have to take them again?
