A: The last week includes a visit to one of several 'farm schools' on the wine estates of the Western Cape, or in the Karoo that is home to the South Africa Large Telescope (SALT). Each experience will be different but most give you the opportunity to work alongside a teacher for 2-3 days. You may be able to offer a general lesson to a class.
