Administrative Coordinator
Reporting to the Manager of Continuing Education & Global Programs, the Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to unit management by organizing and coordinating the on and off-campus continuing education programs and projects. Prepares and implements administrative guidelines and procedures for part-time lecturers, site coordinators and volunteers; and provides oversight and facilitation of 100 courses at over 20 sites throughout New Jersey. Arranges and coordinates logistics for GSE Commencement Convocation, open houses, events and meetings.
