Administrative Assistant
Develops budgets for grants and assists faculty with document preparation and electronic filing of their grant proposals. Provides post-award assistance to the Business Office staff to facilitate the effective management of grant accounts. Provides payroll administration for all hourly employees and tracks all awards issued to work-study students. Administers learning disabilities services-working with students, professors, and Rutgers Disability Services Office. Provides business and administrative support for the day-to-day operation of the Graduate School of Education Business Office to the Dean, Associate Dean, Business Manager, faculty, staff, and students.
